This notice explains how Quivv AB handles personal data on this website and when you contact us. The short version:
- This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or social media tracking.
- We receive only the details you choose to give us: when you book a demo, or when you email us.
- We use them to reply to you and prepare our conversations. We never sell them or use them for advertising.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to legal@quivv.ai.
1.Who we are
Quivv AB, based in Stockholm, Sweden, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.
This notice covers this website and our contact with people who get in touch with us: prospective customers, candidates, and anyone else who books a call or writes to us. When a company uses the Quivv platform, the data it brings to the platform is handled under that company's agreement with us, in which Quivv acts as its processor.
2.What we collect and why
The site has no database and no login, and it does not store what you type. Data reaches us in two ways only: through the demo booking calendar, which is provided by HubSpot, and by email. The careers, security documentation and events forms open your own email app with a prepared message; nothing is sent until you send it.
You book a demo

- Name, work email, company, company size, job title, any answers you add, and the time you book.
- Purpose
- To schedule and prepare your demo, send the invitation, and follow up about it.
- Legal basis
- Steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- Kept for
- Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless your company becomes a customer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

- Data
- Name and email, and a record of your choice.
- Purpose
- To send occasional news about Quivv.
- Legal basis
- Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
- Kept for
- Until you withdraw consent.
You email us or use the careers, security or events forms
- Data
- Whatever you include in your message to join@quivv.ai, security@quivv.ai, hello@quivv.ai or demo@quivv.ai: typically your name, email, company, role, and your message or application.
- Purpose
- To reply, to assess an application, to share security documentation under an NDA, or to tell you about events you asked to hear about.
- Legal basis
- Our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us, and steps you ask us to take before a contract (for job applications and NDAs).
- Kept for
- Up to 24 months after our last contact. Job applications: up to 24 months after the recruitment ends, so we can answer any legal claim, unless you agree to a longer period.

- Technical request data: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.
- Purpose
- To deliver the website and protect it against misuse.
- Legal basis
- Our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
- Kept for
- Kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and operations.
Where we rely on legitimate interest, we have weighed it against your interests: the data is limited to what you give us in a business context, and you can object at any time. Providing your details is voluntary, but we need them to schedule a demo or reply to you. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
4.Who receives your data
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under data processing terms that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions.

Some providers may access data from outside the EU, including the United States; those transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We may also share data with professional advisers, or where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
5.Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- see the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- have it corrected if it is wrong, or deleted;
- restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it, including at any time to email updates;
- receive data you gave us in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before.
Write to legal@quivv.ai. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the EU country where you live, work, or where you believe your rights were infringed.
6.How we protect it
Every connection to this website is encrypted, and browsers are instructed to use only encrypted connections. The website itself holds no personal data. The data you send us is kept with the providers listed above, and access is limited to the people at Quivv who need it to work with you.
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children.
7.Changes to this notice
We update this notice when how we handle data changes, for example before adding a new service provider or website analytics. The date at the top shows the latest version.
