Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Quivv platform or website, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Quivv on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use Quivv to violate any law, infringe any rights, or interfere with the integrity of the service. You are responsible for the data you ingest and for the access controls you configure inside your tenant.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". Specific availability commitments are set out in the Master Subscription Agreement governing your subscription.
